* 1. CORE BASICS CLASSES ARE FOR THE TOTAL BEGINNER AND ARE LISTED IN BOLD. **Please consult the Registration Form to register for Core Basics Classes or call 1-877-9PILATES.

2. CORE INTERMEDIATE CLASSES ARE FOR THOSE WHO HAVE STUDIED FOR 3 MONTHS OR MORE 2X PER WEEK. LISTED IN ITALIC & UNDERLINED.

3. OPEN CLASSES - FOR THE NONCOMITTAL OR FOR ANYONE JUST DROPPING BY AND ARE NOTED IN PLAIN PRINT.

Pilates Mat
This floor work class is offered from basic to intermediate. While Pilates Mat focuses on building stronger core awareness and strength, the 30 + forms strengthen and stretch the entire body-leaving you feeling balanced and energized. Breath awareness, posture and body alignment are a focus of this 60 minute class.

Pilates Equipment
This class offers work on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Barrel. Class elements include, posture and body alignment and core strengthening exercises. This closed kinetic chain-non impact exercise class improves body awareness, coordination and total body control. From basic to intermediate there are over 100 exercises to choose from. 60 minutes

Flow Yoga & Open Flow Yoga
This yoga class is for the active beginner who is willing to take on the challenge of a flow style asana class. This vinyasa (connecting movement) class is a non stop active class which increases full body strength and flexibility along with improving endurance, coordination, balance and mental focus. It is an alchemy between body-mind and your breath energy. 75 minutes

Intro to Yoga
This class is a basic yoga class for the total beginner. It is a course class and cycles every 5 weeks. Most beginners take this class for at least 15 weeks before moving on to Flow Yoga.
