Alternative Health and Fintess® CORE BASICS PROGRAM
Registration Form -- Fall 2002

Our Core Basics Program is Pure & Simple. It is a program for Beginners who are interested in learning the basics of Pilates, Yoga and Body Rolling. We suggest registration for the full 15 weeks for best results and to ensure your space in the class of your interest.

STARTING DATES FOR FALL CORE BASICS CLASSES SEPT 9TH, OCT. 14TH & NOVEMBER 18TH
COURSES ARE FOR THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SPENDING A SPECIFIC TIME TAKING CLASSES.
BEGINNERS ARE REQUIRED TO REGISTER FOR OUR CORE BASIC CLASSES BEFORE TAKING OTHER CLASSES ON THE SCHEDULE. YOU CAN REGISTER FOR 5, 10 OR 15 WEEKS.

Intro to Yoga
This course  is for the total beginner who is interested in learning basic yoga postures that are strength building , and will also enhance flexibility, coordination, balance and body awareness.  Basic breathing techniques are also a focus of this 60 minute class.

Pilates Basic Mat
While Pilates Mat focuses on building stronger core awareness and strength, the 30 + forms strengthen and stretch the entire body - leaving you feeling balanced and energized. Breath awareness, posture and body alignment are a focus of this 60 minute class.

Pilates Basic Equipment
This class offers work on the Pilates Reformer, Cadillac and Barrel.   Class elements include, posture and body alignment and  core strengthening exercises.  This closed kinetic chain-non impact exercise class  improves body awareness, coordination and total body control. From basic to intermediate there are over 100 exercises to choose from. 60 minutes

Pilates Ciruit Training Equipment Class (90 minute class) (1x per week) (8 person maximum) Class includes : Body Rolling, Pilates Mat Work and Equipment Work
