Maryellen Coonahan Alviti brings to Dan Helwig Realty considerable experience in housing and community life in lower Montgomery County. Born and raised in Oreland, she currently resides in Flourtown, with her husband John. She joined the Helwig team in February, after spending a year with Mid-Atlantic Management Corporation in Broad Axe. At Mid-Atlantic Management, Maryellen worked as a "community administrator", servicing six community assocations. Maryellen brings with her nearly 20 years of varied experience in service-based companies. Maryellen is a graduate of Temple University, with a BA in Communications. Maryellen volunteers for Aid for Friends, plays an active role in Springfield's political life, serving as Vice Chair of the Springfield Township Democratic Party and is an avid gardener.

Maryellen's goal is to provide her clients with excellent service and create a long term relationship.
