BESTWELD'S Belled End fittings, designed to be fillet welded, eliminate pipe/fitting wall mismatch and misalignment problems. Buttweld end prep and fit-up are nearly eliminated.

Fillet welding can be four to seven times faster than buttwelding, resulting in additional savings. Lower skilled welders are capable of producing consistent high quality fillet welds(another labor savings) which are visually verifiable. Buttwelds can only be verified by costly radiograph.
