Banquet Facilities

Celebrate your special occasion within the elegant country setting of the Joseph Ambler Inn. Our coordinators will be pleased to make custom arrangements for up to 150 guests, drawing from several distinctive menus. The main dining area and adjoining rooms may be used separately or jointly to create the perfect atmosphere.

Reservations


Consult our catering experts as early as possible when planning your event.
Arrangements regarding date, room, number of guests, menu selections, and special requests should be made well in advance to allow the widest range of choices.
A date can be held for one week without a deposit.
Guaranteed numbers of guests, menu selections, room set-up, and any special arrangements must be finalized ten days before your event.

Deposits & Payments


A deposit of 33% is required to confirm your reservation.
Full payment of estimated food cost, taxes and gratuity, based on your guaranteed count, is due ten days before your event.
The balance of your payment, if any, is due on the day of your event.
All charges will be based on your guaranteed count.
State law requires tha all food and beverages be supplied by the Joseph Ambler Inn.

Lodging

Discounts are available for lodging at the Joseph Ambler Inn when booked in conjunction with your event; please ask your party coordinator for details.
