Some of our products include:

• 80/20 coinsurance after the deductible
• $1,000,000 lifetime maximum benefit

Short term health policy:

• Policy is good for up to 120 days
• If you are newly hired or between jobs

Hospital Income Policy:

• Provides daily income amounts from $50 to $150 per day
• Emergency accident benefit up to $500 with no deductible
• Income amount doubles while in intensive care up to 14 days

Disability Income Policy:

• Monthly income payable for 1 year, 5 years, or to age 65
• Social Security supplement rider
• Cost of Living adjustment rider
