EXPERIENCE:

Currently serves as Vice President and General Manager for Bohler Engineering, P.C., and Vice President of Eastern Consulting, Inc. Primarily responsible for management of engineering and administrative personnel. Specific involvement includes project design and site development consulting for commercial, industrial, public, and residential projects.

Specific fields include zoning, planning, drainage, stormwater management systems, soil erosion and sediment control, site earth retaining structures design, utility design including site water, sewer, septic, roadway systems, federal, state and local environmental compliance evaluations and design regarding stormwater (NJPDES, DPCC/SPCC), above ground and underground storage tank designs, containment facilities, and related services.

Specific project involvement includes extensive design, project and construction management experience with commercial site plan developments, including restaurants, hotels, gas stations and truck stops and other retail specialty stores. Additional specialties include design and construction management experience with underground and above ground storage tanks, piping and dispensing systems design, including design modification and investigation of leak detection methodology, spill containment and overfill protection design to ensure compliance with new EPA and State underground storage tank requirements. Various environmental permitting investigations including groundwater/site assessments, NJPDES DSW, DGW, air emissions, SPCC and DPCC/DCR, sewer extensions, sewer ban exemptions, storage tank removal, closure plans, and upgrades.

EXPERT TESTIMONY:

Testified as an expert in over 100 different municipalities before Planning Boards, Planning Commissions, Zoning Boards, Boards of Health, Mayoral and related Municipal entities in the States of Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey and New York. Have been retained to investigate, develop expert opinion and provide expert testimony in litigation matters regarding UST systems.
